Role Description
This is a commission-based full or part-time remote role for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for attending showings, inspections, and appraisals, as well as prospecting for new clients and maintaining relationships with current clients. The Real Estate Agent will also facilitate the negotiation process between buyers and sellers, as well as guide buyers and sellers through the closing process.
Qualifications
- Real Estate License and Real Estate knowledge
- Experience in Sales and Customer Service
- Knowledge of Real Property and market trends
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the luxury real estate market is a plus
