As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for matching caregivers with clients, managing complex schedules, and ensuring the highest level of service for our clients. This is a highly relational role where you’ll need to be assertive, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple tasks while working closely with caregivers and clients alike. This is not a medical office role scheduling patient appointments or managing front desk duties. Instead, it involves coordinating caregiver schedules for in-home care, ensuring the right match between caregivers and clients to meet their unique care needs. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules to meet client needs. Build strong relationships with caregivers and clients, understanding their preferences and availability. Take initiative in resolving scheduling conflicts and maintaining efficient operations. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all scheduling activities. Collaborate with team members to support smooth and effective care delivery. What We Offer: Full-time, office-based role with competitive benefits.
