Myers Home Buyers, we’re looking for Investment Sales Agent to join our growing team! In this role, your primary focus will be building relationships with investors, real estate agents, and other key players in the industry to help sell investment opportunities and ensure successful transactions.
This is an entry-level, commission-based role designed for individuals who want to build their skills and grow into higher-level positions. With our hands-on training, you’ll learn the ins and outs of sales, negotiation, and real estate investing, all while developing a lucrative career path. The only limitations to income are you, your skills and your effort.
Duties
- Build lasting relationships with investors and real estate agents.
- Communicate effectively with buyers to match them with the right investment opportunities.
- Use our proven systems and tools to manage leads, follow up with potential clients, and close deals.
- Learn to analyze property values and present opportunities to investors.
- Work closely with the Acquisitions team to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service while representing the Myers Home Buyers brand.
