Are you a highly experienced and motivated Director of Recruiting in the financial services industry? As the ideal candidate, you will strategize and implement robust recruiting processes, cultivate relationships inside and outside the company, and ensure the best financial advisors, entrepreneurs, wealth managers and insurance agents are attracted and retained. You'll act as the company's representative, shaping the perception of Lee, Nolan & Koroghlian, a MassMutual firm in the marketplace and influencing our capability to attract the right talents to our organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Full cycle recruiting of financial representatives and experienced wealth managers.
- Lead and streamline the entire hiring process, from position opening to the successful onboarding and transition.
- Establish and maintain relationships with sales leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure accurate job requirements.
- Develop recruitment strategies in conjunction with executive leadership that optimize performance, diversity, and culture fit.
- Track industry trends and labor market data to remain competitive in recruiting.
- Perform regular team performance analyses, identify areas of improvement, and implement solutions effectively.
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in a recruiting role within the financial services industry.
- Strong network within the finance or insurance industry.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. HR certifications would be seen as an asset.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills alongside a persuasive and friendly style of communication.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies.
- High proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, HRIS systems, and Candidate Management Systems.
Nice-to-haves
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Experience with Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
- Proven success in managing third-party vendors.
- Expertise in data-driven recruitment with a passion for metrics, analysis, trends, and insights.
