- Some exposure to commercial real estate, whether through transactions, or related roles (sales and leasing)
- A growing network and a passion for building client relationships
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you're hungry, organized, and resourceful
- Willingness to learn and understand comps, deal flow, and market dynamics
- Confident communicator with a strong interest in client-facing work
💼 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sourcing and closing CRE transactions (Industrial, Retail, Multifamily, and/or Land for Development)
- Building and managing a client book while generating new business
- Advising clients on values, trends, and opportunities
- Collaborating with our creative team to elevate listings and marketing
- Helping establish and grow our presence
