In 2023, we added over 100 loan officers and, as we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Loan Officer Assistant to join our team.
Description - Mortgage Loan Processor

Responsibilities
- Calculate income and assets and have an understanding of how to structure a loan
- Stack and submit clean, organized, and complete files
- Request clear conditions and communicate incredibly well with borrowers, underwriters, and realtors
- Partner with loan officers to ensure loans are structured correctly and comply with underwriting guidelines
- Managing the loan pipeline, and ensuring the timely completion of documentation
- Maintain effective communication and provide regular updates to clients, real estate agents, and attorneys involved in the loan process
- Deliver exceptional customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues during the loan process
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Processor, Loan Officer, or similar position
- Ideally mortgage broker channel experience
- Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator a plus, or willingness to become licensed
- Ability to calculate income and assets and structure loans effectively
- Deep knowledge of Fannie, Freddie, FHA, and VA guidelines
- Familiarity with DU and LP
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Spanish speaking is a PLUS
Compensation
$63,400+
