We’re seeking a sharp, experienced, and proactive Commercial Real Estate Property Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of retail and/or mixed-use assets. This role blends traditional property management with light asset management responsibilities—ideal for someone who thrives on accountability, organization, and execution.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Oversee daily operations of a commercial real estate portfolio
- Act as the primary liaison for tenants, vendors, and ownership
- Manage rent collections, lease compliance, and operating expense budgets
- Track and manage critical lease dates, renewals, and transaction timelines
- Support leasing and sales activity by coordinating showings, tracking LOIs, and assisting in transaction due diligence
- Run property-level financial analysis in Excel—CAM reconciliations, rent rolls, and budget-to-actual reporting
- Coordinate repairs, capital improvements, and vendor services to ensure asset quality
- Ordering and managing 3rd parties
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in commercial real estate property management or asset management
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel—you’ll be building and updating financial trackers regularly
- Deep understanding of leases, estoppels, SNDA agreements, and basic real estate legal docs
- Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities
- Experience with retail or net lease assets is a plus
