Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Financing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in obtaining and managing real estate loans and financing for our residential development projects, collaborating closely with our VP of Acquisitions, VP of Finance, and Chief Development Officer. The ideal candidate will have experience working with commercial real estate mortgage lenders and a strong understanding of loan processing and underwriting.
Previous experience as a loan analyst or loan officer at a financial institution would be an advantage.
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible to secure real estate loans and financing for multifamily residential acquisition and development projects.
- Maintain and manage lender relationships.
- Support the loan application and underwriting process.
- Analyze financial statements and loan documents.
- Prepare reports and presentations for partners and investors
- Monitor loan compliance and performance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate financing or related roles.
- Knowledge of loan processing, underwriting, and due diligence, preferably from the lender side.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.

Salary And Benefits
The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000/year and up, commensurate with qualifications and experience. This full-time position is considered exempt from overtime pay under the federal and state wage and hour laws.
