About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Internal Recruiting Coordinator to support our North America recruiting team. You’ll manage the internal candidate hiring process, from posting jobs to scheduling interviews and preparing offers, while collaborating with recruiters and senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support internal hiring by posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing internal offers.
- Manage Workday ATS, ensuring accurate documentation and candidate tracking.
- Handle pre-hire checks and documentation to ensure timely processing.
- Assist with data collection for reports and ad-hoc recruitment projects.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (coordination/recruitment, resume screening).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) and ATS (Workday preferred).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with senior leadership.
- Attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information.
