Gainesville Real Estate Agent is on the hunt for a detail-loving, tech-savvy, creative assistant to join our high-energy team!
This position is perfect for someone who’s passionate about real estate, property management, and digital marketing. We're looking for someone who lives in Canva, knows their way around social media trends, and can whip up a reel in CapCut without breaking a sweat.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting with property management communications, maintenance coordination, and lease updates
- Creating eye-catching marketing content using Canva (flyers, listing promos, social posts)
- Managing and scheduling social media posts across platforms
- Editing and creating video content using CapCut (Reels, TikToks, listing videos)
- Supporting real estate transactions with document prep and light admin
- Keeping us organized and ahead of the game—because chaos isn't cute
🌟 We’d Love It If You:
- Have experience with Canva, CapCut, and social media marketing
- Know the basics of real estate or property management (bonus if licensed or interested in becoming licensed!)
- Are proactive, creative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Have excellent communication and organizational skills
