Summary
As a Brand Marketing Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across both Smead and U Brands. This hourly position is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn the ins and outs of brand marketing. From campaign support to influencer coordination and content tracking, you’ll play a key role in keeping our team running smoothly and our campaigns on point.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of seasonal and evergreen marketing campaigns.
- Support influencer and PR programs, including outreach, tracking, and product shipments for social media collaborations and press features.
- Manage content libraries and file organization for images, videos, and marketing materials.
- Help coordinate product sample requests, shipments, and inventory tracking for campaign and retail support needs.
- Monitor campaign timelines and update status trackers to ensure all elements stay on track and deadlines are met.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, digital, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms and channels.
- Conduct market research and competitive audits as needed to support content development and strategic planning.
- Help manage social media calendars and gather performance metrics to optimize engagement and content effectiveness.
- Support the planning and recap of campaigns, helping the team evaluate results and apply learnings to future projects.
Competencies
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; experience with Canva, Monday.com, or similar tools a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for branding, design, and trend-forward products.
Education/Experience
- 1+ year of experience in marketing, communications, retail, or related field (internships count!).
