About the Role:
We are seeking a Real Estate Finance Analyst to join our team in Irvine, CA to play a key role in executing our underwriting, asset management, and capital markets strategy. This position is ideal for a highly analytical, detail-oriented professional who can drive deal execution, manage underwriting processes, and build strong relationships with investors and operating partners.
You will work directly with senior team members, gaining hands-on exposure to residential (for-sale and for-rent) real estate investments, while helping to optimize deal flow and asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
● Underwriting & Market Analysis: Build financial models and conduct cash flow
underwriting and market analysis for investment opportunities.
● Investment Memorandums: Prepare preliminary and final investment presentations.
● Asset Management Support: Assist with budget/draw reviews, quarterly business plan
updates, schedule tracking, pricing analysis, and distribution tracking.
● Capital Markets Execution: Support deal structuring, negotiation, and closing
processes.
● Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with builders,
developers, investors, and capital partners.
● Data & Reporting: Manage proprietary underwriting and asset management templates,
ensuring accurate data collection and analysis.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field.
● 1+ years of experience in capital markets, real estate investment, or a related field.
● Strong underwriting and financial modeling skills (Excel proficiency required).
● Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
● Ability to work independently while also collaborating with senior leadership.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
