RealREPP, is a full-service, nationally recognized recruiting firm that is currently teaming up with a stable and growing, entrepreneurial commercial real estate investor to assist them in hiring a Junior Asset Manager in Newport Beach, Ca! This role is open due to growth and is a new position within the company.

The Junior Asset Manager is responsible for overseeing/negotiating new leases, delinquent rent collection, handling CAM/property reporting, overseeing TI/Capex projects, and more.
Prior experience in commercial property management with retail and office is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Manage lease files, adjustments, and renewals.
- Negotiate leases and renewals with tenants, brokers, and ownership.
- Evaluate contractors/vendors’ performance.
- Review and manage tenant bill backs.
- Coordinate with brokers on marketing efforts.
- Resolve tenant issues and concerns.
- Approve expenditures and evaluate contracts.
- Oversee annual budgets and monitor performance.
- Prepare executive summaries and address variance reports.
- Oversee TI/CapEx projects and vendor bidding.
Requirements
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in planning, prioritizing, and managing tasks.
- Advanced math and Excel skills.
- Experience in decision-making and independent judgment.
- Ability to build strong relationships with tenants and staff.
- Experience with financial reports, legal documents, and contracts.
- Ability to work independently and meet objectives with minimal oversight.
This position offers a great base salary, target bonus, annual additional bonus, 401K with a 3% match, immediate vesting, Friday lunches, vacation and sick time. They also cover 100% of the employees medical, dental and vision coverage!
