Responsibilities:
• Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions across New York City.
• Utilize provided leads, including Zillow, StreetEasy, Expired, and For Sale By Owner (FSBO) leads, to build a robust client base.
• Maintain regular contact with clients, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on property buying, selling, and renting.
• Manage client relationships through a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and utilize provided listing systems to streamline processes.
• Attend coaching and mentoring sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of the real estate market.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and the competitive landscape to offer clients the best guidance.
Requirements:
• A valid New York State Real Estate Salesperson license.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a desire to excel in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with New York City’s real estate market is a plus.
