A Client of Insight Global is seeking an Executive Recruiter to sit out of their Manhattan office by Grand Central Station. The company is in the tourism space offering sightseeing experiences, bus tours, bike rentals, and curated experiences. They operate in a culture of high productivity and growth. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough talent acquisition processes to identify and attract top executive candidates.
- Utilize ATS and HR sourcing techniques to streamline recruitment efforts.
- Engage in effective negotiation and communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and requirements.
- Manage the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience while evaluating qualifications.
- Stay updated on employment and labor laws to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of executive recruiting experience recruiting (VPs & higher)
- Recent work in agency/consulting work for a fast-paced, tech-driven, on-demand consumer goods/services companies
