What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a
motivated, professional, and customer-oriented team member! To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED (required)
- Previous leasing or real estate experience preferred, but a strong customer service, sales, or hospitality background is a must.
- Strong communication and organizational skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks while providing exceptional service.
- Tech-savvy – Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, and social media platforms (especially Facebook and Instagram) is a plus.
- Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Weekend availability is required (Saturdays are an essential part of our leasing process).
What You’ll Do As a Leasing Professional
As a key part of our team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with current and potential residents, ensuring the property is always well-presented, and supporting our leasing goals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Showing model apartments and completing lease agreements with prospective tenants.
- Collecting rental deposits and guiding new residents through the leasing process.
- Maintaining accurate resident and property records in an organized manner.
- Building and maintaining relationships with local businesses to help promote the community.
- Ensuring model apartments and vacant units are tour-ready and well-maintained.
- Responding to resident inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Conducting regular property inspections to ensure quality and readiness for showings.
- Adhering to Fair Housing regulations and company policies to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
