Lincoln Property Company is seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team, providing essential support while playing a key role in identifying and securing new opportunities. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Senior Brokers to market and lease current listings.
- Conduct property tours, delivering insightful and comprehensive building knowledge to prospective tenants.
- Prepare customized property materials, including proposals, fact sheets, overviews, and floorplans.
- Serve as the "Building Captain," ensuring:
- Active tracking and oversight of all leasing deals.
- Consistent and effective communication with current tenants, owners, property managers, and relevant stakeholders.
- Up-to-date marketing materials and CoStar listings.
- Proactively source and track leads, maintaining a database of tenants in the market and lease comparables.
- Assist in the development of tailored marketing campaigns, overseeing deliverables and promotional materials.
- Maintain current competitive market surveys and promotions from industry competitors.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with the tenant brokerage community and building owners.
- Establish a robust client network that generates referrals and sustained business growth.
- Draft leasing documents, including but not limited to Letters of Intent (LOIs), Leases, Lease Abstracts, Commission Agreements, and various brokerage agreements.
- Guide clients and prospects in defining lease terms, listing parameters, and contractual obligations.
- Conduct property showings and tours, ensuring optimal property presentation and liaising with maintenance and property management teams to address any issues.
- Actively engage in industry community events, business networking, and professional organizations surrounding Interior Design, Design Showrooms, as well as local broker events.
- Maintain top-tier communication with Tenants, Landlords, and Clients through structured outreach, including emails, calls, and periodic updates on leasing efforts.
Design Center of the Americas (DCOTA) Showroom Component:
- Work closely with the Lincoln DC Design Center/Showroom Leasing Team, Onsite Property Management, and Marketing Teams to enhance showroom engagement and leasing strategies.
- Tailor showroom experiences to prospective tenants, leveraging the space’s unique attributes to foster engagement and long-term commitments.
- Develop personalized marketing initiatives and activations within the showroom to drive tenant interest and leasing conversions.
- Ensure that showroom spaces align with branding and market positioning, optimizing visibility and appeal.
Qualifications:
- High-energy, self-starter with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Strong presentation and communication abilities for client pitches and property tours.
- Extensive knowledge of the local commercial real estate market.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Florida Real Estate Salesperson or Broker’s License is strongly preferred (required within six months of employment).
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in commercial real estate or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Microsoft Office Suite experience with a focus on Excel, Powerpoint, and Microsoft Teams.
