Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an administrative assistant in New York, NY. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
- Creating and entering invoices into the system accurately
- Creating and entering sales orders into the system accurately
- Provide office support for the sales force
- Assist with various administrative tasks in an office setting
- Provide office support such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting customers
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- File and organize records and documents
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working in an office or similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
