What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and entry-level roles, ensuring a great candidate experience
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse talent pool
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and find the right fit
- Manage job postings, track applicants, and keep things running smoothly in our ATS
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking and outreach
What You Bring
- 2+ years of recruiting experience (corporate, staffing, or college recruiting)
- Strong communication skills and a passion for relationship-building
- Ability to juggle multiple roles while staying organized and detail-oriented
- Experience with ATS applications and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field (preferred)
