On-site Leasing Director for High End Luxury Rental Development
Schedule: Full Time (5-day work week)
Number of People Supervised: 3+
Direct Report: Executive Vice President/Portfolio Manager
Real Estate License Required: Yes
Compensation: Very competitive compensation package
Leasing Director receives very competitive base salary plus commissions structure. Commensurate with experience
Responsibilities
Previous on-site leasing director/managerial experience or Sr. agent leasing experience
o Must be willing to show and close deals
o Must be very organized and detailed oriented
o Strong oral and written communication skills
o Must be a strong team player and leader
o Strong knowledge of New York City Real Estate Markets
o Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
o Leasing Director will be responsible for overseeing leasing transactions and focusing on reporting, closing & approving deals, reviewing & analyzing deal documentation, reviewing credit reports, and prepare deal files for landlord review
o Update Portfolio Manager with daily project status
o Manage and distribute the Daily & Weekly Traffic Reports and Marketing Report as directed
o Responsible to ensure that all model apartments, leasing floor, reception space and accessible amenity and public areas are punched daily for property management and project manager review
o Shadow leasing team and ensure that they are properly showing apartments, answer phones, and releasing the correct information
o Ensure that reception team is properly trained with answering calls, distributing correct information and supporting the leasing team
o During heavy traffic volume, assist reception and leasing team in answering phones and receiving clients
o Distribute weekly e-Blast to Brokerage & Broker list
o Meet as many guests as possible during opening weeks of projects
o Attend project leasing and marketing meetings with Ownership & the Elliman New Development Marketing Team
o Active NY State Real Estate License Required
