Overview
Integra Realty Resources (IRR) is seeking driven, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing real estate valuation teams in California. This position is an entry-level analyst role in a career progression towards a licensed general real estate appraiser, where earning opportunity can significantly increase for motivated and efficient individuals. You will be fully trained in our technology and in appraisal methodology. We reward self-motivated individuals who can manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under deadlines.

This posting is for local offices in the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento area. The candidate would need to be located within reasonable distance to one of these employment centers. Please apply only if you are located in one of these areas. Relocation will not be offered.
Requirements
- Qualified candidate must be thorough, detail oriented, motivated, and have strong writing skills.
- Must be computer literate, IRR utilizes high productivity report writing software.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Must have the ability to focus on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- An undergraduate degree is required. Degree in real estate, finance/accounting, business, and/or experience in these fields are preferred.
Duties
- Conduct market research on properties
- Interact with brokers and other market participants
- Gather and analyze data on property sales, rents, occupancy, taxes etc.
- Populate Excel models and internal databases
- Utilize software to create detailed appraisal reports that clearly communicate findings and valuation conclusions
