📋 What You'll Be Doing:
✔ Directly Supporting the Team Leader – You’ll work closely with the leader of our business, ensuring smooth operations and helping execute big-picture goals.
✔ Coordinating Across Multiple Businesses – Beyond real estate, you’ll assist with additional ventures, gaining valuable experience in business operations.
✔ Client & Transaction Support – While we have a Transaction Coordinator, you’ll be involved in keeping everything on track, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining exceptional service.
✔ Marketing & Social Media Assistance – Help manage databases, CRM systems, and client outreach while supporting marketing efforts.
✔ Scheduling & Organization – Keep the leader’s schedule running efficiently, anticipate needs, and take initiative to ensure no details are missed.
✔ Attending Appointments & Events – Be the right-hand person for showings, client meetings, and business events as needed.
🕵️♀️ What We're Looking For:
✅ Must be a licensed real estate agent or willing to get licensed
✅ A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of tasks
✅ Detail-oriented & highly organized – You don’t let things slip through the cracks!
✅ Willingness to work flexible hours (real estate isn’t always 9-5!)
✅ Tech-savvy – Comfortable with CRM systems, social media, and marketing tools
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
