Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Executive Personal Assistant to join our small, dynamic team in New York City. This is a part-time, on-site role with the intention of transitioning into a full-time position.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, has strong writing skills with an editorial eye, and possesses a solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tone. The ideal candidate is digitally savvy, visually aware, and confident in translating brand voice across different channels—whether it’s a caption, a newsletter, or behind-the-scenes support on creative shoots. You’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Chloé Crane-Leroux’s personal and professional life while contributing meaningfully to the creative process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication, including emails, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Provide both executive and personal administrative support
- Coordinate calendar appointments, meetings, and events
- Draft, edit, and publish newsletters (especially on Substack)
- Assist in writing, proofreading, and light editorial work across digital channels
- Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and take initiative without being micromanaged
- Support on-set and during creative shoots when needed
- Organize digital files, contacts, and documents
Qualifications
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Proficiency in Substack or similar newsletter/email platforms
- Prior experience as an executive or personal assistant
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Tech-savvy and confident with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Able to work independently, think ahead, and manage shifting priorities
- Experience in creative industries is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
