Key Responsibilities
πΉ Talent Acquisition β Lead recruitment efforts for both support staff and the investment analyst program, collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process and competitive compensation strategies.
πΉ Performance Management β Oversee the performance evaluation process for support staff, implementing initiatives that foster continuous growth and excellence.
πΉ Analyst Program Oversight β Partner with the investment team to manage recruitment, training, performance tracking, and mentorship for the analyst program.
πΉ Employee Development β Champion career growth through Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, mentorship programs, and professional coaching opportunities.
πΉ Employee Relations β Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, offering guidance on workplace matters, coaching strategies, and proactive engagement efforts.
What Weβre Looking For
β
6β12 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and expertise in at least one of the following:
β Performance management
β Employee relations
β Training & development
β
A passion for talent acquisition and hiring top performers
β
Industry experience in professional services, consulting, or FINTECH preferred (financial services, asset management, or banking is a plus!)
β
Proven ability to manage projects, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
β
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust, influence decisions, and develop strong partnerships across teams
β
A results-driven, proactive approach in a fast-paced environment
β
Strong analytical skills with a business-oriented mindset
β
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
β
Mentorship or leadership experience within HR teams is highly valued
