Are you a people-person with a passion for helping others find their perfect home? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment? We’re looking for a Leasing Agentto join our team and play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for future and current residents.
✨ What You'll Do:
- Greet and assist prospective residents, providing tours and showcasing the features and benefits of the property
- Build strong relationships with prospects and follow up to close leases
- Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner
- Process applications, verify information, and prepare lease documents
- Maintain accurate records and ensure the property management software is up to date
- Support marketing efforts by participating in outreach, events, and social media campaigns
- Collaborate with the property team to meet occupancy goals and deliver excellent customer service
- Assist with resident retention by handling concerns and requests efficiently
💡 What We’re Looking For:
- Prior leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred (but not required—we train the right people!)
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Basic computer skills; Yardi knowledge is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a bonus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
