Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Agent. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for managing property listings, conducting property viewings, advising clients on market conditions, preparing contracts, and assisting with the buying, selling, and renting of properties. The Real Estate Agent will also need to maintain a high level of customer service and build ongoing client relationships.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Texas Real Estate License
- Customer Service and Sales skills
- Experience in Real Estate and Real Property management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with real estate transaction software tools
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
