Proficient in Residential Purchase Contracts, C.A.R. Forms, Skyslope, CRMLS, DocuSign, and ZipForms.
Manage real estate transactions from contract through closing.
Draft and review contracts, addendums, and disclosures to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with clients, agents, escrow officers, title companies to ensure seamless transaction progress.
Prepare and verify documents through DocuSign.
Possess a solid understanding of real estate contracts, disclosures, and the closing process.
