The Listing & Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in our operations by managing the listing process while also leading our marketing efforts. This in-office position in Lake Oswego, OR and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, prepares listings for the market, and executes top-tier marketing. Must be focused on delivering a 5-star client experience by being detail-oriented, results-driven, and communicative.
This position has an annual salary between $55,000-$60,000 DOE, plus a quarterly bonus structure based on position KPIs.
