The Real Estate Manager will drive Samsonite’s North American real estate strategy, leading lease negotiations, site selection, and portfolio management. This role collaborates with Retail Operations, Finance, and Landlords to optimize brick-and-mortar locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute real estate strategy (new stores, relocations, renewals, remodels).
- Negotiate LOIs, leases, and renewals while managing key landlord relationships.
- Present real estate deals to leadership, including financial analysis & market insights.
- Oversee lease administration, compliance, and portfolio tracking.
- Support strategic initiatives like store-of-the-future concepts & pop-ups.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of retail real estate experience with a national retailer or broker.
- Strong expertise in site selection, deal negotiation, and lease documentation.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Legal, or Real Estate).
- ICSC membership required; proficiency in real estate finance & proformas.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office & lease administration software.
This hybrid role requires 4 days on-site in our Mansfield, MA office weekly.
