Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Professional located in Randolph, MA. The Leasing Professional will be responsible for assisting with lease administration, ensuring resident retention, providing excellent customer service, and effective communication with current and potential residents. Daily tasks include showing properties, processing lease applications, addressing resident concerns, and coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure property readiness.
Qualifications
- Experience with lease administration and processing lease applications
- Strong resident retention and customer service skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of lease agreements and understanding of leasing processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Previous experience in property management or real estate is a plus
- Addtional qualifications in real estate or property management are advantageous.
