Job Summary:
We are seeking a full-time, experienced Transaction Coordinator who is passionate about real estate and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be someone who can manage up to 20-30 transactions, serving 3-4 full-time agents, simultaneously at peak capacity. The ideal candidate should live within the Houston Metro area and be willing to move their real estate license to our brokerage. This is a non-sales role for a highly-organized, client-focused professional, and comes with potential for growth, so we are looking for long term candidates serious about growing with our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage real estate transactions from contract to close
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with agents, lenders, title companies, attorneys, buyers, and sellers
- Review and process all necessary documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Maintain excellent communication with all parties involved in the transaction
Required Qualifications:
- CST business hours availability (no overseas)
- Minimum of 2 year experience in managing real estate transactions
- Texas Real Estate License to be held by Better Homes & Gardens Gary Greene - Champions
- Residency in the Houston-Metro area
- Non-sales role for a highly organized, client-focused professional
- Proficiency in Zipforms, DocuSign Rooms, Sisu, Google Drive, Outlook, HAR
- Familiar with Texas Real Estate Contracts, and up-to-date on most current rules & regulations
- Integrity, kindness, motivation, and go-getter attitude
- Ability to work independently and be proactive
- Strong communicator & multitasker
- Excellent customer service skills
- Takes initiative and is goal-oriented
- Coachable and invested in company growth
- Ability to follow and carry out detailed instructions and repetitive tasks
