We are seeking an experienced HR Director to lead human resources operations, ensuring alignment between HR strategies and organizational goals. This role oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and workforce development, requiring strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies to support business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, retention, and talent acquisition efforts.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
- Design and implement compensation, benefits, and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making.
- Lead organizational change and workforce planning.
- Mentor and manage the HR team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
- 10-15 years of HR experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with HR software (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
