Internal Recruiter – Tech Hiring
Location: New York, NY (Onsite 4 days/week)
Compensation: $90K - $115K + Stock, Bonus, 401K

What You’ll Do
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process—sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles and build out recruitment strategies.
- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support our rapid growth.
- Work with external recruiters while also driving direct hiring efforts.
- Ensure every candidate has an amazing experience—from first contact to offer stage.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, optimizing our recruitment process along the way.
Who You Are
- 2-4 years of experience in tech or sales recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail—juggling multiple roles doesn’t phase you.
- Excellent communicator who can build relationships with both candidates and hiring teams.
- Experience with interview scheduling & coordination across multiple stakeholders.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving, startup environment.
- Bonus points if you’ve helped set up ATS systems or built out talent acquisition processes before!
