Position Overview:
As an Assistant with our team, you will have the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks, working closely with clients, vendors, and other professionals in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a general understanding of real estate, strong communication and writing skills, and experience with social media marketing and digital advertising. This is an in-office role with some weekend availability required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Listing Coordinator
- Assist with Bulk Mail campaigns
- Follow up with leads
- Manage and execute Social Media marketing and advertising
- Oversee day-to-day tasks and calendar management
- Create and send email eblasts in a timely manner
- Design and manage landing pages
- Design print materials (brochures, postcards, flyers, etc.)
- Manage Agent websites as directed
- Meet with vendors, contractors, and clients as needed
- Write professional and engaging ad copy
- Manage client relationships
- Website and digital administration
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Microsoft Office, and Excel
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing, Graphic Design, and Social Media Marketing
- SEO knowledge is preferred
- Strong Creative Writing skills
- Knowledge of Canva or equivalent
- Experience with CRM Management (Follow Up Boss)
- Ability to create and use QR codes and track statistics
- Familiarity with Mailchimp or similar platforms
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- General knowledge of the Real Estate Industry
- A Driver's License and reliable car are required
