As a Real Estate Disposition Associate, you will take charge of managing, negotiating, and selling our property inventory. You’ll build and nurture relationships with investors, ensure seamless communication with key stakeholders, and oversee transactions from contract to close.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field

2+ years of experience in real estate sales or related field

Demonstrated experience in sales; D2C or B2C experience is preferred

Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Compensation:

FOR CA CANDIDATES ONLY: Base Salary Range: $66,560 annually + performance/incentive bonus

First-Year Earnings: Your initial-year earnings, inclusive of the ramp-up period, can soar to an impressive $120,000 - $150,000. Expected earnings in subsequent years of $150,000 + with no cap on earnings.

Skills:
As a Real Estate Disposition Associate, you will use your strong understanding of the real estate market and excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage the sales process of our real estate properties. You will work closely with our acquisition team to ensure timely and efficient sales, and develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents and brokers. You will also use your ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously to maximize profits while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, preferred qualifications such experience with real estate investment and development, experience and with CRM software.
