Overview
We are looking for someone to cold call real estate leads. We will give you all of the contact information and your job is to call the numbers on the list in an attempt to see if they would like more information on possibly listing or buying a home.
This position can be done totally remotely. Bonus if you have experience using a CRM specifically Mojo, or a data dialer.
15-20 hours a week to start at $25.00/hr
Pay is Bi-Weekly and would be on a W-9.
We are based in Santa Monica but you can do this remotely.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to real estate leads we provide you with the goal of setting an appointment. .
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Give us an end-of-day report each day with the amount of calls you made.
