POSITION PURPOSE
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Commercial Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join our dynamic Sales team! We need a self-starter who is adept at identifying new business opportunities, crafting compelling sales pitches and business plans, and fearlessly reaching out to potential clients. Your goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and grow our business. You must be detail-oriented and able to analyze sales data to make informed decisions. In addition to making cold calls, you will also organize networking events and be comfortable with travel to meet clients face-to-face. As an Commercial Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist, you will need to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and practices. You should be highly motivated, familiar with various CRM software, and possess excellent time management skills to meet deadlines. Compensation
- $20 per hour plus bonuses (based on draw schedule). Potential $100k+ all in comp per year that includes generous commissions cuts on closings

Job Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through heavy outbound calls and inbound lead follow-up
- Qualifying and developing inbound and outbound leads and responding to inquiries
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate department for further development and closure
- Managing and overcoming potential buyer and seller objections
- Accurately tracking all communications in CRM system
- Working collaboratively with acquisitions team to achieve goals
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial real estate sales required
- Ability to maneuver through CRM System
- Ability to research potential target assets
- Must Possess Computer Comprehension Skills; Microsoft products including excel and word
- Ability to work in face paced, high call volume environment
- Prior sales experience generating leads and conversions IS A MUST
- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be driven and passionate about commercial real estate acquisitions and be goal-oriented
- Must work well under pressure
