Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Las Vegas, NV, for a Real Estate Executive. The Real Estate Executive will be responsible for assisting in acquiring and managing billboard locations, negotiating lease agreements, maintaining relationships with property owners, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Leasing and Property Management – identifying attractive new billboard sites, new property owner outreach, negotiating long-term billboard leases, building strong relationships with the Company’s landlord partners, and
- Permitting – obtaining and renewing billboard permits, managing compliance with federal/state/local regulations, working closely with Management on creative solutions to solve regulatory challenges.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s or associate's degree in real estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Real Estate and Property Management skills
- Strong interest in real estate development; billboard or advertising industry experience a plus, but not necessary
- Experience in Negotiation and Contract Management
- Market Research and Analysis skills
- Excellent Communication and Relationship-Building skills
- Incredible work ethic is a MUST
- Ability to work independently and on-site in Las Vegas, NV
- Understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements
