As the Manager, Growth Marketing for Experiences, you will be responsible for driving ongoing acquisition & retention through repeat visits, sales and reaching new audiences. Our experiences portfolio is inclusive of both touring and permanent destinations that require a robust growth marketing strategy especially to sustain year-round visitation. You will need to build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams (Operations, Production, Media, Tech, and more) as we develop our growth levers toolkit and continually refine our approach to achieve our sales goals and measure marketing impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop website creative strategy and SEO optimization to drive sales and waitlist sign ups
- Continuously optimize website sales conversion
- Own and manage Customer Marketing (CRM) messaging program
- Position and message offer strategy across guest lifecycle journey
- Create and enhance member value proposition for Netflix House
- Partner with media and performance teams to develop full funnel plans
- Manage and unlock new growth levers to enhance our sales & ops adoption toolkit
- Partner with Ops on demand creation and shaping with contingency planning
- Serve as a partner to analytic teams to ensure robust marketing tracking and measurement
Qualifications & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, e-commerce or high volume ticket sales roles
- Strong understanding of how to drive sales growth & ongoing adoption
- Comfort in ambiguity and thrives in fast paced environments
- Ability to cultivate relationships and efficiently communicate across multiple cross-functional partners - internal, external and agency partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bias to action, proactive & innovative by nature
- Strong team focus with outstanding organizational and resource management skills
- Respect, understanding and enthusiasm for Netflix culture
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $170,000 - $360,000.
