What You'll Do:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP), you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving full life cycle talent acquisition process. You’ll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life. Your work will operate as a collaborative communicator and effective business partner. This includes education on the process, expectations, and external market data, understanding the role, outreach to a strong diverse pool of candidates through advertisement and talent sourcing, screening and assessing potential talent, making recommendations, following up on feedback, and presenting and negotiating offers of employment.
What We're Looking For:
- Manage and facilitate the full life-cycle talent acquisition process through collaboration and partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive results through the improvement of talent acquisition KPIs as they relate to time to present the hired candidate, quality of hire, and diversity in candidate slates and interview teams.
- Strive for operational excellence in the TA function, and educate HR Partners, and hiring teams on the process, expectations, and goals for TA.
- Build individual and functional credibility as a strategic value adding business partner to stakeholders by using market data and TA process education.
- Identify creative and innovative ways to source and attract quality candidates for hard to fill niche roles in the US.
- Acting courageous, educating, influencing, and supporting their business groups is imperative for success.
Skills That Make a Difference:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of full lifecycle experience in Talent Acquisition for Engineering and Operations roles, including people leader level.
- Experience using sourcing and marketing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Experience using Applicant Tracking System, preferably SuccessFactors
- Demonstrated experience in the areas of diversity, veteran, and/or early career recruitment.
- Agile communicator and influencer, comfortable in a high-change environment, operates with sense of urgency and inclusivity, and the ability to learn and grow.
- Building strong professional talent networks and global perspective.
- Ability to apply a consultancy approach, effectively managing expectations of stakeholders and clients – influence and communicate with all levels of leadership and the ability to transform ideas into action for results.
- Self-motivated with excellent customer service and leadership skills.
- Exemplify leadership capabilities as you will be leading and managing the TA process with their hiring teams.
- Understanding of EEOC, salary history bans, pay transparency, and other hiring compliance regulations and laws.
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- SHRM, AIRS, PHR, or similar certifications are a plus, but not required.
- Must be willing to travel to other sites 5% of the time.
