Director, Corporate Real Estate and Property

About the Role: As the Director, you'll manage core property responsibilities, with goals of maximizing property investments and efficiency of operations. This position requires a strategic thinker who can oversee real estate acquisitions and divestitures, capital project management, and facility management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage real estate strategies with operational leaders.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with our leadership team, facility stakeholders, outside legal and environmental services, and real estate brokers.
- Lead corporate property purchase and sale initiatives with internal and external stakeholders; including market research, due diligence, environmental studies, and legal matters.
- Manage overall responsibility for and oversee lease renewal and relocation projects, including the payment of rents and expenses.
- Oversee property database administration.
- Oversee day-to-day management/operations of Corporate facilities.
- Establish and prepare annual operating and capital budgets for Corporate facilities, and monitor all expenses.
- Lead/plan/design/manage building construction projects, space utilization plans, renovations, furniture planning/purchases, etc.
- Qualifications We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Up to ten years of real estate/corporate property management experience in progressively responsible leadership roles.
- Familiar with a variety of facility management concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent math skills, and ability to analyze and solve practical problems.
