We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our dynamic team at Kwan Wo Ironworks Inc. This role is essential for supporting our administrative functions and enhancing customer interactions. Located in the United States, this position plays a vital role in maintaining efficient office operations and contributing to our mission of exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Purpose of this Role:
The Office Assistant will have a dynamic role in providing administrative and logistical support to our estimation team. Responsibilities range from managing schedules, communications, and development in leadership skills. The purpose of this position is to facilitate the team’s ability to focus on bigger picture tasks by self-sufficiently managing own their tasks while maintaining an understanding of when to communicate those specifics to the team. Kwan Wo Ironworks seeks a consistent and productive candidate for this position.
Principal Responsibilities
Providing support with the duties and responsibilities of the estimation team.
Representing the company as required, within the office and beyond.
Providing customer service to Kwan Wo’s clients
Making calls & professionally utilizing other communication methods, such as, email and mail.
Data entry and maintenance of records; record-keeping
Prepare/Process various documents, such as meeting minutes, subcontracts, and various confidential documents, but not limited to the documents listed here.
Assisting with clerical duties & support tasks.
Ensuring all employees comply with company policies and protocols, such as safety protocols.
Coordinate with Project Managers & Estimators.
Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
