We're looking for a dynamic and relationship-focused Sales Account Executive to drive market expansion in the Las Vegas territory. This role is all about connecting with real estate professionals, escrow officers, and other industry influencers to promote our innovative home warranty solutions. What You’ll Do:
- Own and execute a territory sales strategy focused on growing new orders and client engagement.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with real estate agents, escrow officers, and related professionals.
- Deliver compelling presentations—both one-on-one and to groups—about our home warranty offerings.
- Proactively generate and follow up on leads to secure meetings and close new business.
- Use social media and digital tools to engage your network and promote brand visibility.
- Attend weekly team check-ins to share wins, strategize, and align on marketing campaigns.
- Efficiently manage a marketing budget and track ROI.
- Provide consistent reporting on key activities, including office visits, presentations, and deal progress.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in real estate, title, escrow, or mortgage is a plus—but not required.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
- Self-starter who can work independently, stay organized, and hit sales goals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms.
- Comfortable with remote work, but energized by in-person networking and field sales.
Compensation & Perks:
- Base salary + uncapped commission ($60,000–$150,000 potential).
