Picerne Real Estate Group is looking for a Porter for a luxury apartment community in the general Las Vegas area.The Porter’s primary responsibility is to ensure that all aspects of the property look clean and well maintained at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the cleanliness of all common areas and amenities
- Policing the grounds and parking areas
- Minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and painting
- Assisting the maintenance staff upon request
Compensation:
$16/hour
35% apartment discount where available.

Requirements:
