We’re Alpha Alarm & Audio, a fast-growing local Security and Fire Alarm Company, and we’re looking for a motivated, full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team immediately.

With the rapid growth we’re experiencing, we need a Rockstar who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to take charge of our front-office operations. Key Responsibilities:

Answer and manage incoming phone calls
Coordinate communication between clients, management, and technicians
Scheduling and dispatching service calls
Handle collections and follow up on past-due invoices
Data entry and records management
Maintain inventory and order supplies
Build strong client relationships
Assist with marketing and business development strategies

What You Bring to the Table:

High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks Online, and email platforms
Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and proactively manage multiple tasks

Bonus Points For:

Experience in scheduling or dispatching
Familiarity with Google Drive
Knowledge of the security/fire alarm industry
A creative mindset and a drive to improve processes

Perks:

Full-time hourly position: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
