Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
- Prospect daily to build your pipeline and generate new business.
- Respond to leads promptly (within 24 business hours) and maintain excellent communication with clients.
Transaction Management:
- Show properties, write and negotiate offers, and attend inspections, walkthroughs, and closings.
- Keep client records up-to-date and adhere to team transaction protocols using CRM tools like Trello, Real Geeks, and Follow Up Boss (FUB).
Open Houses & Networking:
- Host at least three open houses monthly to showcase properties and attract potential buyers.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, 1:1 coaching sessions, and community networking events to strengthen connections.
Professional Development:
- Take part in mandatory annual education to enhance your skills and maintain your real estate license.
