A top-tier global investment firm is hiring a Manager to lead a small insights team supporting the client group.
This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on delivering automated, data-driven insights. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, advising on client strategy, marketing, and comms using advanced analytics.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead a small team driving insight generation across sales, marketing and communications
- Own delivery of commercial recommendations using CRM & engagement data
- Act as a player-coach: contribute technically (Python, statistics, data visualization) while leading
- Shape the team’s future structure alongside the leadership who built the function
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years in data science/analytics, with some team leadership
- Strong Python, BI tools (Tableau/Power BI), and applied statistics
- Experience translating data into strategy for senior stakeholders
- Background in financial services, consulting, or tech with client-facing data work
- Excellent academics and track record in reputable firms
