The
Lease Return Associate ensures lease accounts are closed precisely and on time by verifying return details, coordinating vehicle inspections, and staying in touch with customers, dealerships, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers, dealerships, and vendors to confirm vehicle locations and arrange returns.
- Schedule and track vehicle inspections to ensure they are completed on time and meet lease return requirements.
- Keep account records current and monitor inspection progress, abandoned vehicles, and account status.
- Prepare reports and share updates on any outstanding inspections.
- Complete general administrative tasks such as data entry and document processing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, administrative work, or the automotive/leasing industry is helpful.
- Solid communication skills to work well with different teams and customers.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage scheduling and track progress.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other software for data entry and reporting.
