What You’ll Do As An HR Administrator
In this role, you’ll support a range of HR and administrative functions that are essential to our business and company culture. Your responsibilities will include:
HR Operations Support
Assist in managing daily HR administrative tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, preparing employment documents, and updating internal systems.
Scheduling and Coordination
Coordinate interviews, training sessions, and HR-related meetings to ensure a smooth and timely process.
Employee Records Management
Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, both digital and physical, in compliance with company policy and legal requirements.
Internal Communication
Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing prompt and professional support to staff and managers.
Policy and Process Support
Assist with implementing HR procedures, monitoring compliance, and contributing to process improvements.
Recruitment and Onboarding Assistance
Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, tracking applicants, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding new team members.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general HR software (HRIS experience is a plus)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Positive, proactive approach and a strong team ethic
