Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Real Estate Agent, located in the Washington DC-Baltimore Area. While this role will primarily require client meetings in the local area, some work from home is acceptable. The Commercial Real Estate Agent will be responsible for cold-calling, marketing, and obtaining commercial real estate clients, conducting market analysis, developing marketing strategies, sourcing and securing tenants or buyers, negotiating lease and sale agreements, and maintaining client relationships.
Qualifications
- Experience in B to B Sales
- Active Real Estate License
- Sales skills and preferably some experience in Real Estate transactions
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the local real estate market is a plus
